Once your order has been completed at check out, you (the customer) will receive an email confirming that Kegerator Craft has received the order. We (Kegerator Craft) will have 5 business days, or sooner, to confirm supply and process shipment.
As soon as shipment has been confirmed, the customer's pre-authorised credit card will be charged, and an order confirmation number will be sent to the customer by email.
If your item(s) are in stock, and payment has been authorised and completed, all orders receive free standard shipping, curbside or on porch, depending on the unit size. Tracking information will be provide to the email address provided during checkout, within 48 hours.
Free Standard Shipping
All dates and times are approximate. Curbside shipping will be included on all orders over $500, and will take approximately 2-10 Business Days - Actual time depends on your distance from our fulfilment center and which bard is selected.
White Glove Delivery
Priced at $300, this service will include:
- Delivery to your room
- Unpacking of the unit
- Placement in your desired location
- Debris removal
- Reduced delivery time (3-5 business days approximately)

Some items maybe on back order and will be advertised as so on the product page, or out of stock. If the customer decides to continue with the order, we will notify the customer by email once the product(s) is available. Upon the date of availability, free standard curbside shipping will commence, followed by the tracking number within 48 to 72 hrs of the date upon availability.
If the shipment date needs to be amended, it will be the customer responsibility to notify Kegerator Craft by email within 24 hr of confirmation of availability of ordered products. Please contact email@example.com to make amendments or any additional information.
It is the customers responsibility to inspect and report any damages upon arrival of any and all products. If such events occur, the customer will be responsible make note and photos of any damages of the products upon arrival, and to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations & Returns
Any cancellations before arrival or after arrival within 30 days. The purchaser is responsible for any fees associated the return of the item(s). This includes and not limited to any delivery fees, fright charges from the customers location to the warehouse. Items can only be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused and unopened in the original box. Refunds will credited on the original credit card that was used upon check out. A 35% restocking fee will apply if such returns are carried out
