To help serve you better, before you contact customer service, here are some common questions and answers that our customers have asked.  

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have browsed through our products, and are happy with your selection(s), hit the add to cart button, and then checkout.  Select your payment method and fill out the billing information.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU USE TO PROCESS ORDERS?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB International, and Paypal

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Majority of the time the shipping will be free of charge.  But there will be times some items will have a shipping fee depending on the location of the manufacture.  Shipping will be approximate and will be displayed on the product's page.  In other cases you may select a premium shipping service.  

WHERE DO THE PRODUCTS COME FROM?

Most products are manufactured right in the United States, and shipped right to your home.  With our direct partnership with suppliers and manufactures and being an online retailer, you will receive the of benefit saving money on our products as we have a much lower overhead cost than the traditional brick and mortar stores. 

WHEN WILL ORDERS BE PROCESSED?

Once we have received payment through our payment plat forms and partners, we will process your order 24-48 hrs after.  

WILL YOU LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE PROCESSED MY ORDER?

We will send you a confirmation of your order, once we verify that the manufacture has shipped your item from the warehouse, the customer will be notified by email.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

Delivery time is to be estimated between 10-15 days for standard insured shipping.  This time may very depending on the season, and the if the customer has selected premium shipping.  Customer support will notify the customer if there any changes by email provided by the customer during check out.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DIDN'T IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

If you have not received your product during the estimated time period, send us an email and will look in the issue right away.  Please contact support@kegeratorcraft.com

HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

If you are unhappy with the product you purchased and you are within the 2 weeks of purchase, please contact returns@kegeratorcraft.com and we will be able to assist you further.
